Mesmer fragility AoE VSF
yeah, love fragility, dont know why, but the recent buff makes it more fun.
my idea is something like this:
[Mesmer;OQRDAawDSTAGgcQrBOB2UAAAAA]
@ master of damage it deals around 530 damage, AoE.
that is with someone using fevered dreams against master of damage.
so for something like voltaic spear farming you can take 1 mesmer with fevered dreams and stuff like EoE and 3 or 4 frag mesmers.
dealing about 500 damage each in a couple of secs, enough to kill everything.
think its slower than RoJ, but i'l just post it anyways

It doesnt count if the condition is reaplied. It has to be completely striped and then reaplied.

Well, you could always have a SF sin tanking with [[Crystal Wave] and [[tenai's crystals]. Not that it'd be that effective...

I posted this rough build on the mesmer forums earlier. Its the best way to take advantage of fragility.
The build
I just went out on my assassin as a perma tank with ["you move like a dwarf"!][tenais crystals][ear bite] on my bar.
Then I had one standard fevered dreams mesmer [fevered dreams][shrinking armor][accumulated pain][drain delusions]
And a [Virulence] Necromancer.
The useage
It works like this: find a mob, flag the heroes away and go tank all the enemies (properly, so they are all adjacent to you).
Then unflag them and call any random adjacent enemy. (This will ensure the [virulence] necro doesnt need to be macroed).
As the mesmer hero runs in, put a green tick over [fragility] and [fevered dreams]. Once you've done that - the hero will take care of the rest.
When you see that little purple arrow appear on the called target, use ["you move like a dwarf"!] while casting [ear bite]. On this second the mesmer will cast [accumilated pain] followed by [drain dellusions] while the necro will hit [virulence].
Then you cast [Teinai's Crystals] roughly two seconds after [ear bite].
The results
In roughly 3 seconds you will hit eight conditions on all enemies, then have removed them all with [Teinai's Crystals]
1.Daze [fevered dreams]
2.Weakness [virulence]
3.Poisen [Virulence]
4.Disease [Virulence]
5. Cracked armor [shrinking armor]
6. Bleeding [ear bite]
7.Cripple ["you move like a dwarf!"]
8.Deep wound [accumilated pain]
This deals (with an illusion of 15) 360 armor ignoring damage to all the foes from fragility. Which is a little less damage than four [cry of pain] mesmers. that damage is bumped to about 400 or higher depending on the tanks spec into earth magic, though.

Inde had to disable the bbCode for some reason. It's in Site Feedback somewhere, haven't looked into it really.

The elite virulence works nicely with fragility, at 0 death magic, it provides 3 seconds of degen through conditions, and when cast, triggers fragility 3 times, then when the conditions expire after 3 seconds, fragility is triggered again 3 times. The mesmer could run with 16 illusion magic, cast fragility on a group, then illusion of pain on a single target, followed by drain delusions for an instant deep wound on target and an energy return for you, followed by vurilience on the target, followed by epidemic, to transfer the four conditions to the rest of the monsters. This sequence alone will cause deep wound to all the monsters, 48 damage worth of degen, and 7x fragility, at 16 illusion magic, 21 damage x 7 = 147. Follow up with plague sending, transfering team mates conditions to monsters through foul feast or self inflicted conditions, or cry of pain, wandering eye, and clumsiness for additional aoe damage.
Also, virulience can be arcane echoed, to follow up with 126+48 damage again, and using a 20/20 or 40/40 death magic set would allow for more availability of vurilience. If you echo vurilience, make sure you wait for the conditions which the first virulience caused expire before casting the echoed vurilience.
Also, mark of rodgort at 0-2 fire magic causes burning for 1 second, and 3-4 causes burning for two seconds. This is nice because everytime the monsters take fire damage, they will be set on fire, take 21 damage, take 1 second worth of fire degen which is equivilent to 14 damage, then 21 damage again when the fire wares off. Maybe somebody else in the team with an ele secondary could provide the low level mark of rodgort while somebody else nukes with fire damage.

lol, was a lil confused on the spelling...

This is the template I suggest for a pure Fragility nuker. Test it in the ilse of nameless on the group of dumbie targets that lets you practice aoe, or even on master of damage. The first few skills can take a little while to cast, but once u get into the swing, it is essentially a super fast nuking spike. Use 16 illusion, 15 fast casting, 4 inspirtation, and the highest energy set possible. wait until you see the virulence induced conditions to completely expire on the group before casting the echoed virulence. You can cast wandering eye in between this time, you will know when they have ended when you see the adjacent monsters to your target take the final -21 -21 from fragility. Cry of pain could be used instead of wandering eye or clumpsiness for a quicker nuke, but will not do as much damage.
